The following terms and conditions form an agreement between
Waikiki Beach Casino and its members. Please read the following carefully.
I.By registering and wagering with
Waikiki Beach Casino you indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the rules.
II.All members of
Waikiki Beach Casino must be at least 18 years of age.
III.Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of players to ensure that they understand and fully comply with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country or state.
IV.Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential.
Waikiki Beach Casino will not report wagering information on behalf of any member. All information about the players identity and wagers shall remain confidential.
Waikiki Beach Casino will not resell or rent it member database to third parties.
Waikiki Beach Casino may use player's email address to inform him about upcoming specials, updates and promotions.
V.Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Player shall not allow any other third person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or re-use player's account, access and/or use any materials or information from
Waikiki Beach Casino , accept any prize, or participate in the game. Should a member give away, share, or lose his account number and/or password
Waikiki Beach Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
VI.Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Members are limited to one account per person and per household. Any additional accounts set up by members after their original sign up will be closed by Management, with no winnings to be paid out on these additional accounts. Using the same credit card on multiple accounts will lead to the closing of all accounts associated with that credit card for security reasons. Management will monitor all wagers and account transactions. Management reserves the right to examine players betting patterns to detect cheating and irregularities. Card counting and/or using computer aided betting devices is considered cheating and will lead the immediate closure of a players account. All wagers are final once accepted by
Waikiki Beach Casino . Wagers over the maximum allowance for all casino games are subject to approval by management.
VII.All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by this casino. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of any electronic gambling aides, is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, the Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate action.
VIII. Initial deposit bonuses can only be used for the first purchase. Reversing a withdrawal cannot redeem a coupon or bonus. A minimum 1000% of all bonuses and deposits must be wagered in regular game play before they can be redeemed. Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Bingo and Multi-Player Poker are excluded from playthrough. One bonus or coupon may be redeemed per deposit. Non-deposit coupons are only available to players who've deposited for real money in the past. Management reserves the right to the verify game records and deem game play regular or irregular before bonus redemption.
Waikiki Beach Casino only distributes funds in accordance with the rules and regulations outlined in the BANKING section of this site.
IX.All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management without prior written notice.
X.Management reserves the right to refuse and/or close any account at any time.
XI. Accounts with withdrawals over $10,000 are reviewed by an independent, expert surveliance firm and as a result are subject to be delayed. There's a $5000 monthly check payout limit per player. If winnings exceed the monthly maximum check amount player will be paid in monthly installments.
XII.Player fully understands, agrees to become a party to, and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein, and such rules, regulations, terms, and conditions may change from time to time.
XIII. Ferrari Modena prize drawing 2005: Automatic free entry granted to all registered real money players. One entry per player. Prize drawing to be held on Aug 1, 2005.
